The Red Carpet
Locally made Movies are giving me life and I attended the Love Lives Here Premiere last night. The Red Carpet Event was nothing short of amazing and glamorous with the cast there. Cocktails were the order of the night with Ciroc shaking them up and delicious food made the rounds too. After mingling with the stars, popcorn was ready and we headed into the cinema.
This romantic comedy is about a modern young woman on a quest for love, but the conflict of modern and traditional ideas for romance have her torn. The movie also has very steamy scenes and illustrates different types of relationships out there including the sexual ones. It definitely is one to enjoy with your partner or your friends. Personally as a single lady, it was a good one to get me thinking about a relationship 😉.
Do yourself a favor and catch it in cinemas from 5 April 2019. While you’re at it, watch the Love Lives Here trailer.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed being with the Twins all the time. Most of my outings now also cater to the Twins but yes I need that 1 time that I go somewhere without them.
Sterkinekor hosts a Girls Getaway and I decided it was time I attended one of these. Called my girl and we decided yaaayyy pre birthday do for her.
Upon arrival we were greeted with goodie bags (one of my favourite things ever), delicious finger foods and drinks. We got to take pictures and chat while the Twins phoned me a few times to check up on me. At 20:00 we sat and the movie What Men Want starring Taraji P Henson started rolling ( the Twins called to say goodnight) and it was a good one.
Even if it’s 5mins Mama, take it because you surely deserve it!
You know your girl loves attending events and I was so happy when Warner Brothers invited me to the Creed South Africa Premiere in Johannesburg yaaaayyyy!!!
The fantastic event was held at SterKinekor Sandton City, wow it was such a buzz. I was treated to Golden Circle so I was brushing shoulders with some of our local Celebs like Maps Maponyane, Ayanda Thabethe, Khutso Teledi just to name a few. Open bar and delicious food was part of the lovely evening, it was such good vibes.
It was time for the Red Carpet to come to life and the host of the evening Maps Maponyane indulged us in fun games and really cool prizes. Shortly after, he announced Steven Caple Jr the Director and we were screaming and taking pictures. Next up was Florian Munteanu who plays Drago (Adonis’ opponent) and I wont lie, I was screaming like crazy and got a few pictures with him. Drum-roll please….. Micheal B Jordan in the house!!!! The crowd went wild, I was weak in the knees and running short of breath screaming my lungs out at the same time. He was very humble and accommodating, yaaayy I got to see him and it was his first time in Johannesburg.
We went on to watch the movie which is one not to miss and it debuts in Cinemas on Friday 30 November 2018. Get ready to have your mind blown away!!!
